Not entirely happy with your purchase?
Upon completion of this form, you will receive an email of your goods request form with a return number. Please print the form with the return number and send with goods.
GOODS SENT INCORRECTLY
• Fill in online returns form.
• Place a copy with the goods and package ready for collection.
• We will credit the original invoice and raise a new order and invoice for the correct item(s).
GOODS ORDERED IN ERROR / NO LONGER REQUIRED
• Fill in online returns form.
• Place a copy with the goods and return to us.
• Goods only eligible for return if stock items.
• Non stock items can only be returned if our supplier will accept return.
• Goods must be received unused in their original packaging.
• Handling and restocking charges may apply for any returns.
FAULTY / DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED
• Fill in online returns form.
• Check if items needs to be returned or disposed of.
• A replacement will be sent carriage paid if required.
• If no replacement is required a credit will be processed.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
• Fill in online returns form.
• Place a copy with the goods and return to us for inspection.
• A replacement will only be sent if goods are faulty and cannot be repaired.
• If goods are found to be faulty due to customer misuse / error then no credit or replacement will be issued.
• Your return costs will be credited if the item is faulty.
• If the item can be repaired but is not under warranty, we will quote you for the repair.
• Any repaired warranty items that require direct delivery may be subject to carriage charges.
